歳のせい？
近頃は休みになっても家でゴロゴロしてて、ぜんぜん出かけたりしてない。
たまに出かけて帰ってくるとすんごい疲れちゃって、椅子に座ったまま
うたた寝してたり。
昔はもっと元気だったような気がするんだけどなー？？
一年間運動してたのを、今ちょっと休んでるのと、寝不足気味なのが
ダメなのかもしれない。
寝不足は特にダメだよね。
お盆休みあたりで改善してみよう！
